I didn’t receive my ‘Digital Downloads’ email / link

After ordering you’ll receive two emails: a receipt and a link back to your account to download your digital images. Please check your junk or spam folders—emails can end up there.

How can I download my digital downloads to my computer?
  1. Visit order.featherandbirch.com and log in.
  2. Go to the Digital Portraits menu.
  3. Click My Downloads or go directly here.

You can download all files at once as a ZIP, or click Download Picture on each file.

How can I download my digital downloads to my phone?

Steps vary by device. If possible, download to a computer first. Otherwise, watch this short tutorial:

What is included in Digital Downloads? Is it all images?

Digital downloads include all images in a single child’s folder, except the group photo and the siblings photos. Siblings photos can be purchased individually as digital files.

Is the group / class photo included in the Digital Downloads?

No. For privacy reasons, we cannot offer digital copies of group/class photos. You’re welcome to purchase prints in any size.

I’ve downloaded my digital files – how do I unzip them?

Right‑click or double‑click the ZIP folder, then choose Extract / Extract here. A new folder appears with your photos inside.

ORDERING, PRINTS, PACKAGES

How do I order individual prints?

In the left‑hand menu select Prints & Products:

  • Portraits – choose Portrait Pictures
  • Group/class – choose Group Pictures

Select a size, drag your chosen image into the main rectangle, then click Add to Shopping Cart.

How do I purchase the group / class photo?

In a package: replace a print with the group photo by dragging it into the main area. As a separate print: follow the steps in “How do I order individual prints?”.

The 10‑day “Time Limited Discount” has expired — can I still get the discount?

Discounts apply to orders placed within the 10‑day window because they’re processed together. After the deadline, we can’t offer the discount to be fair to families who ordered on time. If you believe your circumstances are special, please contact us.

Does the package price include both my children’s photos?

No. Package prices are per child.

If you’ve logged in previously, use your email and password. If you haven’t logged in yet, please email us for assistance.

DELIVERY FEES & TIMES

The “Free School Delivery” period has expired — can I still get free delivery?

Free delivery is available during the first 10 days because orders are dispatched together. After this period, a delivery fee applies to cover dispatch costs. If you believe your circumstances are special, please contact us.

Why do you charge for postage?

During the 10‑day window, Free School Delivery is offered. After that, or if you choose Home Delivery, you pay the exact postage cost charged by our dispatch service, which covers individual packaging and mailing.

How long will my order take?
  • Free School Delivery: Within 21 days of the free‑delivery window closing.
  • Home Delivery: Within 21 days of placing your order.
  • Digital Downloads: Immediate.
